Coils, sheet material and platines

Euralco supplies a complete range of coils, plates and platines in mainly aluminium alloy groups: 1000, 2000, 5000, 6000 and 7000 series. Our coils are custom processed by means of decoiling, slitting and cutting to length, so that they fit seamlessly with the production processes of our customers. This enables us to deliver equipment that can be used immediately; from standard sheets and wide coils to precision-cut plates with tight tolerances, fully tailored to the wishes of our customer and his/her end user.

Custom Aluminium Profiles

Euralco specialises in the supply and extrusion of aluminium profiles in a wide range of alloys, such as 6061 and 6082 profiles used in yacht building, motorsport and scaffolding. Extrusions in 7000-series alloys, such as 7010 aluminium bars used in safety equipment, 7020 in aerospace applications, and 7075 in high-performance industrial applications and, for example, elite sports applications, where strength, light weight, durability, safety and performance under extreme conditions are of decisive importance.

In addition to standard profiles, we also produce customer-specific extrusions based on supplied designs. From complex shock absorber tubes to large I-beams or bespoke profiles with very tight tolerances, Euralco delivers accurately, efficiently, and fully tailored to the technical and functional requirements of the customer. As a result, we offer maximum design freedom and the opportunity to realise innovative solutions.

Aluminium for shipbuilding

For shipbuilding, Euralco maintains a large stock of 5083 H111 plates in sizes 2000 x 6000 mm and 2000 x 9000 mm, available in various thicknesses (primarily 4 mm, 5 mm, 6 mm and 8 mm), with both EN 10204 - 3.1 and LRS 3.2 mill test certificates. If required, longer lengths can also be supplied on request with the same ease (up to 12 m). Euralco also holds a standard stock of 5/6.5 x 2000 x 6000 mm chequer plates.
In addition to the supply of individual plates, Euralco also offers complete laser-cut, plasma-cut, water-cut and milled cutting packages through our network, in any desired thickness and size, so that customers can immediately get started with their hull construction projects.

Aluminium for Topsports

At Euralco, we supply high-quality 6000 and 7000 series alloys, including 6061, 6082 and 7075, which are known for their high strength-to-weight ratio. These alloys are used in gears for racing bikes and motorsports, shock absorbers, rigging plates and carabiners for mountaineering and ice picks, among others. Thanks to its low weight and high performance, aluminium helps athletes and teams become faster, stronger and more efficient.

Aluminium for Aviation

Euralco is your specialist partner for high-quality sheet material for trolleys, air cargo pallets and air cargo containers; also called Unit Loading Devices (ULDs) in the defense and aerospace sector. We specialise in the supply of exotic alloys that meet the stringent requirements of this industry, with a focus on EN-AW 7021 T6 and EN-AW 7075 T6 alloys.
