Efficient nesting for optimal material yield
At Euralco , efficient use of materials is central. By means of advanced nesting software , we ensure that every part is cut out of the aluminum sheet material as smartly as possible. This results in minimal cutting loss, maximum efficiency and a sustainable production process.
As can be seen in the image below, the nested 5083 H111 sheet metal parts for shipbuilding show how carefully Euralco optimizes the extraction of the material. Each component is positioned to make full use of the available surface area, without compromising on tolerances or cut quality.
