Our carabiners, shoe toes and safety vests are manufactured using sophisticated manufacturing processes. For example, our carabiners are made from traced rods that are processed into high-quality end products within two months of extrusion. Mechanical strength and corrosion resistance
Our alloys are not only strong, but also wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant. They can absorb a large amount of energy before failing, making them ideal for applications where safety and durability are essential. Additionally, they are resistant to corrosion even when exposed to fresh or salt water, which is a significant advantage over other materials on the market.
Carabiners
We supply high-quality extrusion profiles in 6082, 7010 and 7075 aluminum alloys, specially developed for the production of strong and lightweight carabiners. These alloys offer an optimal balance between high strength, excellent corrosion resistance and good processability. For many years, mountaineers worldwide have been able to rely on the quality of our aluminium, as it contributes to the safety and reliability of their equipment. Our profiles are produced under strict quality control, so that every delivery meets international standards.
In addition to profiles for carabiners, we also supply aluminium semi-finished products for other mountaineering products, such as pulleys, rigging plates and handles for ice picks.
Aluminum shoe toes
For the production of aluminium toe caps, we supply semi-finished products in a specially optimised 7000 alloy. This alloy has been developed for exceptional deep drawing performance, minimizing the risk of rejects.
Aluminium offers the advantage of a low weight (40% lighter than the steel variant and, although equally heavy, significantly thinner and cheaper than the polyester variant), while still retaining high compressive and impact resistance. This keeps the toecaps comfortable for the wearer, but at the same time offers a high level of protection. The optimal formability of our alloy allows manufacturers to produce efficiently with consistent quality results and minimal waste.
Scaffolding – 6000 Series Alloys
For scaffolding construction, we supply pipes and beams in various 6000 series alloys, including 6061 and 6082. These are delivered worldwide in full container loads, cut to size according to customer specifications, and are immediately ready for assembly. Aluminium is very popular in this application because of its high strength-to-weight ratio, which makes scaffolding lighter and easier to transport, while maintaining stability and safety. The excellent corrosion resistance makes our products suitable for long-term use in a variety of climate conditions, from humid coastal areas to dusty construction sites in hot regions. Thanks to our expertise in extrusion, we can also supply custom profiles for specific scaffolding structures, allowing customers to set up quickly and efficiently.
