Entry and quality control
Quality always comes first at Euralco. Therefore, every delivery undergoes a thorough entry and quality check before it is released for further processing or delivery to the customer. This process is essential to guarantee that the materials meet the set requirements and specifications, both from the standards and from the individual customer requirements. This includes tensile strength, hardness and other critical material parameters. These are compared with the specified specifications and standards, such as EN, ASTM or aerospace-specific standards. Only when the materials fully meet these criteria are they released.
Customer-specific requirements
At Euralco, we focus with the customer on delivering their very customer-specific requirements, such as surface treatments and precise tolerances on thickness, width, length and diagonal deviations. For example, we agree with customers on the maximum package weight, height with or without intermediate paper, etc. As a result, our sheet materials can be used directly in our customers' production process, resulting in a uniform and extremely lightweight product.
Transparent quotes
Our quotations are extremely transparent and contain information about the level of LME/SMM, premiums, reprocessing and transport prices. In this way, our customers can make decisions with confidence and benefit from competitive prices and high-quality materials.
Efficient container loading
In cooperation with rolling mills and logistics partners, we load the containers with your material extremely efficiently to minimize transport costs. If sheet material including packaging is too wide for a sea container (2300mm), we can load the sheets vertically into an open top container. Alternatively, we also import coils, which we then have decoiled to the desired length after arrival in Europe. We can load very long plates by dolly into a standard shipping container and alternatively through the roof of an Open Top container.
