With our extensive knowledge of alloys, material properties and machining processes, we think along with you from the design phase to production. We advise on the optimal choice of alloy, processing options and cost-efficient solutions, among other things.

In addition, we carry out extensive material tests in cooperation with accredited laboratories and manufacturers. This includes checking tensile strength, hardness, elongation and corrosion resistance, ensuring that each delivery meets both international standards and customer-specific requirements. This not only guarantees quality, but also gives our customers the certainty that the material is perfectly suited to the application.

We can test (your) aluminium material for the following properties:

• Tensile strength – determining the maximum load before the material breaks.

• Hardness – measuring resistance to deformation or penetration.

• Elongation – evaluation of the elasticity and ductility of the material.

• Corrosion resistance – testing how well the material can withstand corrosive environments.

• Chemical composition – verification of the alloying elements and compliance with specifications.
